Can you help me determine the services I qualify for?
MDC Healthcare can assist you in determining program eligibility. Currently, we only provide services to Medicaid recipients. Contact us so that we may assist in determining if you are likely to qualify for benefits.
Where do you provide services?
MDC Healthcare currently operates within the Metro Atlanta and Brunswick, GA area. Please check our website periodically for updated service areas.
Do you provide services to non-English speaking individuals?
MDC Healthcare works with a diverse group of Program Directors, Case Managers, and aides. These individuals are usually native speakers and are often from the member’s home country or region, so our care is very culturally sensitive and specific. We currently serve the Hindi, Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese speaking communities.
How many days per week do you provide services?
Our aides and nurses are available 24/7 to meet the needs of our members. The level of care (number of hours and days of support, for example) is determined by the Member’s Medicaid Case Manager in consultation with our Program Director.
