MDC offers private-duty home care for private-pay clients who prefer individual, concierge-level attention. From a few hours per week to 24 hours per day, with a service plan tailored to your individual needs, we work for clients at home and in the community. Do you have any special requests? No problem! Do certain hours work best in your schedule? We'll be there. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We’re Here to Help
MDC offers three levels of private duty home care: (1) Companion Care Worker, (2) Personal Care Aide, or (3) Total Care Aide. In consultation with you, we customize each service plan to what you need, be that a little help around the house or 24-hour hands-on assistance.
We’re happy to offer all kinds of personal aide services such as:
Qualified Aides and Workers
Our team of workers, personal care aides, and certified nursing assistants are hand-selected to be the best of the best in their profession. Clients and their families can have peace of mind knowing each of our aides is formally trained and nurse supervised. All have successfully passed federal background checks, rigorous reference checks, motor-vehicle reports (if applicable), communicable disease tests, knowledge tests, and skills test. Additionally, we provide each aide with required monthly and yearly continuing education to ensure their skills and knowledge stay sharp and current.
Contact us now to ask questions and/or schedule a no-obligation, in-home consultation. Send us a contact form. We call back between 6 AM and midnight. All calls before 10PM will be returned within two hours. After consulting with you, if private-duty home care is right for you, we develop a service plan and select an aide with the right personality and skill set for you. The aide visits as scheduled, and our nurses periodically check in to make sure the service plan and the assigned worker(s) still fit your needs.
